Variable
frequency fan drives ( VFD). VFD fan drives provide the most precise air
control and operating efficiency available. VFD fan drives are also offer
the optimum control for heat strengthening and tempering thick glass.
All fans have premium efficiency, inverter rated motors and are operated
by a PLC controlled, variable speed frequency drive.

Advanced,
temperature control system utilizing hot swappable zone temperature
control modules and SCR power controllers for precise zone heat control.
This system eliminates heat control failure due to a PLC or card failure.
Coupled with high efficiency, fast response, long lasting, low cost
heating elements, the system delivers unparalleled reliability,
exceptional temperature control and reduced energy consumption.

Full
feature, Windows® based graphic operating system including two rugged
color graphic operator touch screens. JFS has no "proprietary" components,
software, hardware or operating systems which means no costly program
changes or upgrades. All software, operating programs, software keys and
licensing are the customers property.

Precision roller bed
with the highest quality ceramic rolls available.

All JFS
electric tempering systems are designed to accept Low "E" convection
aspiration even if not initially required. This includes the required kW
(many other systems only provide a minimum kW for tempering), software and
furnace mounts for future installation. Should a Low "E" furnace be
initially required, JFS supplies a properly sized compressor.
