The JFS burner housings and adapters are cast from our own patterns by  carefully selected, quality foundries using only high quality gray iron  consisting of a controlled tensile strength of 30,000 P.S.I.  JFS burner housings and adapters are cast with a heavier wall thickness. This extra wall thickness makes a stronger, rugged burner and promotes a longer lasting burner life  Unlike sheet metal burners, JFS gas infrared  burners do not require excess air for operation and in the majority of applications, do not require additional cooling.

A large inventory allows for fast delivery of new burners. JFS can also rebuild burners at our  facility or supply rebuild kits for customer rebuilding.

For maximum efficiency, The JFS Company uses only high quality "Response"  and flat tile so that you get even, uniform heat without the  hot spots common to other types of burners.

All burners are hand assembled at our facility by our own skilled technicians. JFS is also the largest rebuilders of gas infrared burners, including Fannon, Fostoria-Fannon, Perfection Schwank, Rennai, Hupp and other manufacturers.
